Since 2007, I have had the privilege of providing psychotherapy across a wide range of clinical settings, including inpatient and day hospital programs, community mental health clinics, university and college counselling centres, and outpatient hospital services. These diverse experiences have shaped my flexible, collaborative approach to therapy and have allowed me to work with individuals facing a broad range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.

My goal is to help clients live more meaningful, fulfilling lives by working together to establish realistic and personally relevant goals. I place strong value on collaboration and ongoing feedback, ensuring that your perspective remains central throughout the therapeutic process.

I offer both brief and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs and goals. My therapeutic approach is informed by Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and is always tailored to the individual.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking and being in nature, staying physically active, and learning about meteorology. I am deeply committed to ongoing personal and professional growth.
